"My Power Box" contains 30 affirmation cards and 4 cards with mindfulness exercises. The messages on the cards are simple and short, but powerful, hence the name "My Power Box". Affirmative messages found in the box such as "I can become anything I want", "I am brave", "I am unique", "I can achieve my big dreams", "I am proud of myself" ". " they encourage, empower and encourage self-belief. On the additional 4 mindfulness cards, there are short exercises for situations when the child feels scared, sad, upset and cannot sleep.
